Simple Abundance A Daybook of Comfort and Joy
by Sarah Ban Breathnach
To be fully honest with you, this is probably my number one go to in hard times. This book is designed where each day of the year has its own passage with a little personal story of the author ,with a little lesson take-away that comes with it. She gives a perspective of positivity to take on for the day. Even occasionally adds parts that may be a bit healing for some. Whenever I find a hard time getting through my day or feel like I'm going through a rough patch in life, I start leaving this book out for myself, and I start reading the passage for the day to start my day. When I do this I honestly feel better. I really feel like she did a great job at placing the lessons of the day for their timing in the year. If a passage a day of positivity is the kind of book you would like for adding a little joy to your life, then I would highly recommend this book.
